Deorbiting is a German musical group comprised of Christian Schilgen and Christoph Deckert who produce a unique style of music that blends cosmic asceticism, rhythmic beats, and exploratory audacity. Unlike typical techno artists, they forge their own musical concepts without regard to genres or trends. Pølaroit's music reflects their connection to their hometowns in Northern Germany and a specific moment in time. The duo's strain of melodic deep house is a snapshot of music and time, and their name refers to capturing a moment while paying tribute to their northern roots and the birthplace of techno. Both in their mid-twenties, Jonas and Marius met at a Christmas market in Hannover and discovered their sounds worked well together. Their sound consist of melancholic downtempo and uplifting melodies while incorporating field recordings and vocals to add a human and organic element to their music.

Despite their differences, both Deorbiting and Pølaroit are pushing the boundaries of techno music in their own unique ways. They represent the diverse and innovative spirit of the German music scene and are sure to leave a lasting impression on listeners with their groundbreaking sounds.
